For access to any JHHS Facility, you must be issued a JHHS badge, which will need to be displayed on your person at ALL times along with a Vendor Emergency Card and current Vaccination Clip. To obtain your badge, card, and clip, please follow the instructions below:
- Complete CLASP Course.
- Bring Certificate of Completion / ID Request Form and photo ID to The Johns Hopkins Hospital Badging Office to recieve your Badge and Vaccination Clip.
- Your General Contractor will give you a Vendor Emergency Card.
